We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our ordering platform. All payments are processed securely through Heartland.

Delivery and Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic, and order volume. Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

For pickup orders, please arrive at the specified time. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up within a reasonable time after notification.

Catering Services

Catering orders require advance notice and may be subject to minimum order requirements. Catering quotes are valid for 30 days. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Enrico's Pizzeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.
